I've been seeing a lot of familiar faces lately at area high schools and I've received some requests for the pictures I've shot at those games. Pretty much what I'm doing is contracting with the school's yearbook/senior picture provider to take action photography for the yearbook. This agreement does not allow me to sell the pictures I've taken at those school events. But, if there is enough interest, and my schedule is open, I can try to shoot an event (field hockey, soccer, volleyball, etc...) and put it up on the website as I usually do. 08/11/2008 NCGSL U-16 Tournament, Day 2 Congratulations to Vernon I, the 2008 U-16 Tournament winners. While I strive to cover every team at the tournament, yesterday's rain and Sunday morning's single elimination didn't make that a reality. I tried my best to include everyone and even out the coverage. I'd like to congratulate all the teams, coaches, and fans. The NCGSL is a high-spirited and fun league to photograph. Good games today, though the rain cut the day short. Peter Bezzini and I got six games in before the clouds opened up. Browsing Tips: You can collect your images in an album as you browse through different games (requires registration). You can order from these albums or email them to friends and relatives. Select "More Options" on the photo thumbnail page.
Checkboxes beneath each photo will appear. And just another note: The images you're viewing are straight out of the camera. Color, cropping, density, and sharpness will be adjusted for each order. Some notes on the thumbnails - sometimes they may appear dark but the exposure on these pictures are great. When looking at the pictures, please keep in mind that I can crop them to zoom in on a player. Sometimes with certain sports the picture gets confusing with many players and colorful jerseys in the frame. If you'd like to see what a picture would look like cropped, please send me an email and tell me what game and what number the picture is and I can send you a small sample. I put a note up every now and then on quality. If an image is a little soft on the focus and I didn't catch it initially, I'll let you know before I print your order.
